TXPOF offers a variety of options, including thru-beam, reflective, retro-reflective, and explicit reflection sensing heads. Other options include those with high environmental resistance, integrated mounts, and models specifically designed to detect challenging targets.

REFLECTIVE OPTICAL FIBER SENSOR
The emitter and receiver fibers are installed facing each other so that thelight from the emitterenters the receiver.When a sensing object passingbetween the emitter and receiver fibers interrupts the emitted lightit reduces the amount of light that enters the receiver.This reduction in lightintensity is used todetect an object.

-Stable operation and long sensing distances ranging from severalcentimeters to several tens ofmeters.
-Sensing position unaffected by changes in the sensing object path.
-Operation not greatly affected by sensing object gloss, color, or inclination.
THRU-BEAM OPTICAL FIBER SENSOR
The emitter and receiver fibers are installed in the same housing and lightnormally does not returnto the receiver.
When light from the emitter strikes the sensing object, the object reflectsthe light and it enters thereceiver where the intensity of light is increased.This increase in light intensity is used to detectthe object.
