TX-IFA521S is the Fibre Optic Transmitter, utilizes a 650nm LED source with integrated optics and driver IC for efficient coupling into 1mm Polymer Optical Fibre (POF). The transmitter input is compatible with TTL logic families. The transmitter operates any type of signal from DC up to 5Mbaud at distances up to 100m with 1mm POF.

Product Introduction

The TX-IFA521S analog transmitter utilizes a 650 nm LED source in a housing designed to efficiently couple into 1 mm Polymer Optical Fiber (POF). Links up to 100 meters are supported with 1 mm POF(plastic optical fiber). It is designed to interoperate with TXPOF 650nm Optical Receivers.

The TX-IFA521R is a DC-5MBd POF receiver device designed to operate with any type of signal from DC up to 5 MBd at link distances up to 100 meters using 1mm POF. The receiver device consists of an IC with an integrated photodiode to produce a logic compatible output. The output is compatible with TTL logic families.

TX-IFA521S/R are 4-pin devices, packed in standard designed housing.These fiber transmitter and receiver components can be interlocked to minimize space and provide dual connections with the duplex connectors. Various simplex and duplex connectors, as well as POF cables, are available for these 650nm Optical Transceiver components.
