Core Structure

 

Plastic Fiber Optic Body: The core primarily uses PMMA plastic optical fiber, with common core specifications including 0.25mm*9+0.5mm and 0.5mm combinations, adaptable to the commonly used 650nm red light band. Some models use imported Japanese fiber optic cables to ensure transmission stability. For precision inspection needs, some models can capture signals from workpieces as small as 0.05mm, and transmission attenuation over short distances meets the signal fidelity requirements of precision sensing.

 

M4 Miniature Connector: Equipped with a 4mm outer diameter M4×0.7 threaded connector. The head is mostly made of stainless steel, offering high mechanical strength. The threaded locking enhances connection stability and adapts to confined installation spaces. Some models also have a reserved M2.6×0.45 thread for adding a teleconverter lens to expand the detection range. The fiber head undergoes a 4-stage polishing process, resulting in excellent end-face flatness and smoothness, reducing optical signal loss.

 

Protection and reinforcement structure: Cable sheaths are commonly available in fine diameter specifications such as 1.0mm and 1.3mm, with some made of cross-linked polyethylene; fiber optic tubes are made of annealed capillary tubes, which can be bent into irregular shapes to adapt to complex cabling. Some products have reinforced designs in key areas, and are also compatible with freely cut connection methods, allowing for easy length adjustment on-site according to installation distance.
